Haven't tried this but you might copy the file and then record a narration. This might force the timing you desire. When playing back you could choose to turn down the sound if desired.

In the share panel there is an option to export to iPod (and iPhone presumably). There is an option for fixed timing (you choose the time) or recorded timing which I assume means the time set by a voice over.

Alternatively, export it as images and load the images into the iPhone. Now you can swipe from image to image as desired.

The iPhone remote is very nice. I have had problems with it. Works fine at home, fails at remote sites. My guess is that some hotels block the ports or protocols needed by this app. I tried creating a local network but for some reason that failed as well. Perhaps if I had enough time to futz with it I could figure it out. Usually I just have a short time before the presentation to work out problems.

These are great apps but I would really just like to export the Keynote to an H.264 Quicktime Video and play it from my Phone to an HD LED or Plasma using a dock and the white remote. When you export out of QT at that resolution it takes the pauses out of the presentation and makes it one continuos movie file. - Thoughts?
