Are you upgrading to iPhone 4?
Last week we looked at your favourite 3G service for iPad (see the results here). With these week’s announcement of the iPhone 4 release on 24th June we are asking if you plan to upgrade immediately or wait until later ?
With the latest news that data deals are being capped some users are put off the new deals.
There is no questioning how appealing the high definition screen, increased battery life and better camera are but the big question is “it is worth it?”

I was about to upgrade to the 3GS as have had the 3G for nearly 2years (had 18 month contract which finished in April) but not the time to get round to it
On the 500mb cap, no problem as just under 2gig in 2 yrs as mainly wi-fi based browsing. Getting the new one will also stop my wife pestering me to upgrades she can have the 3G ;o)

I managed to do 2GB in a year which again works fine. The question is given that so many people are in the same position why not just stick with the term unlimited data ?

Having looked at my data usage over the last year (almost to the week), I have sent 132MB and received 682MB. That’s in one YEAR! O2′s cap of 500MB will be more than enough for me. I tend to use WiFi Hotspots for major browsing, and, fortunately, my town is full of them.
The only thing that might make me reconsider is whether the handset is subsidised or not. But at the moment, I’m a 100% yes.
