Formerly Tweetie for iPhone the official twitter app appears to be a minor upgrade to my favourite twitter application for iPhone. The application is now free with rumours of ads appearing in the future. The most noticable difference is the new icon..If you spot any other differences let us know. Although an iPad version is promised there is still no mention of an update coming for Tweetie for Mac.
